Lantor developed very unique foaming technologies to produce textile based core materials for composites.
All products exist of a basic, chemically bonded nonwoven that is subsequently printed or impregnated with a mixture of binder and microspheres, expanded and cured in a well controlled process. Lantor’s nonwoven and foaming processes distinguish themselves by unique and well tuned chemistry to provide you roll good materials that are only available at Lantor.
The back bone of our foam cores originates from used plastic bottles
Lantor produces foam cores based on nonwoven technology. The materials provide in a very sustainably character, since base fibers are made from recycled PET bottles and our foaming processes are designed towards maximal material saving value for our customers.
